JJT Balanced ASX20 Strategy

WHat is the strategy?

The JJT Balanced ASX20 Strategy provides a direct portfolio alternative to the typical Australian equities index fund or large cap fund.

The strategy provides a low cost risk-adjusted exposure to the top 20 companies on the Australian Stock Exchange by holding each company with weightings of 3-7% each based on their relative valuation, rather than percentage of index (market capitalisation). 

Who should consider investing?

This strategy may suit you if you:

• prefer to focus your investment on well known and established Australian businesses
• want to generally track the performance of the index for Australian shares
• are seeking the control over tax and timing provided by direct ownership of shares
• can take a long-term view (3-5 years)

What is the Objective?

The objective is to outperform the benchmark S&P/ASX200 Total Return index by 1% p.a. over a rolling 3-5 year period.
